The RIVERSONG Self-Storage Facility is located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley… Glen/Jackson area.  The building is located at 917 Route 16... 2/10s of a mile north of Story Land on the left (look for the big “STORAGE” sign) and proceed down the driveway.  It is a green building on a 1.93-acre parcel beside the Ellis River.

It is an 8,000 square foot building, zoned for commercial and residential use which is heated and maintains the storage areas at around 50 degrees.  The owner lives on the premise.  The building attracts a variety of clients. 

We have exterior storage units composed of:

• An 8' x 40' "box trailer" (that can be rented in total or divided into two, secure 8' x 20' areas) with windows and electricity installed for light and ventilation fans.
  
  
• 18 outside 8' x 20' units suitable for household goods or car storage (cars can be taken in and out easily).
  
  
• One 8' x 40' unit suitable for household goods, car storage or warehouse space for business
  
  
• Outside space available for Motorhomes, Campers, Snowmobiles, Trailers, Boats, etc.
  
  
• ECONOMICAL PRICING ...Our prices are the lowest in the valley for more value.
  
  - Outside units (8' x 20') - $145.00 per month
  - Outisde units (8' x 40') - $190.00 per month
  - Outside Motorhome etc. storage at $3.00 per linear foot per month
  - Four Inside heated units (10' x 20') - $225.00 per month
  - Inside heated units (5.5' x 14' to 10' x 22') - $50.00 to $200.00 per month
  - Insde heated motorcycle spaces $50.00 per month

Office Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday
Access to all areas for customers is from 8am to 8pm 365 days per year. 

• Inside heated units of different sizes ... from 5.5' x 14' to 10' x 22' (14' wide x 12' high loading door)
• Inside heated units for Motorcycles at $50/month.
• Heated space available for canoes/kayaks etc.

Unit #2 is around 850 sq. feet with electric and utility sink.  This space is ideal for restoration, storing and maintaining classic cars.

These units are 10’ X 20’ are well lit, heated and have access to electricity.  They are rented for household goods or car storage.

We also have a 5' x 7', 6' x 7', and several 10' x 10' storage area available at very reasonable prices.

We have recently expanded our storage space by totally refurbishing an 8’ X 40’ “box trailer and installing it on the property.  It has four windows for light and ventilation, electricity, is dry and secure.  This unit can be economically rented in total 8’ X 40' or by two units 8’ X 20’.

We have space inside to store three cars.  Two spaces are available on a year round basis with access from 8am to 8pm 365 days a year.  

We have room for six canoes that are stored in a heated space high and dry.

We have room for campers, long motorhomes, snowmobiles, trailers, boats etc.
at very reasonable rental fees.
